I'm Barbara Shack. This is my Personal Page on EvoWiki. I'm one of many users. I'm a regular on Wikipedia and Wikinfo. I'm also a regular on the Internet Infidels Discussion Forum.

I have a great many interests. I did a course with the Open University studying psychology and general social science at undergraduate level. I feel this helped me to understand the Scientific method better.

Currently I’m an amateur astronomer. I'm into biology as well. I'm not the type of Amateur astronomer who points a home made telescope at the sky. In Birmingham, Enland where I live there is too much light pollution for that. I read up about astronomy and try to draw my own conclusions. I’m writing up my own conclusions (together with other people’s work here and on Wikipedia. I've edited, Rare Earth Hypothesis. I would very much welcome comments or critical review of my edits of these scientific articles by qualified physical scientists. Anyone who can improve the articles is welcome.

EvoWiki is a new Wiki I like. It’s cool and intelligent. Here freethinkers can write what we think makes sense. We don’t need to worry about Creationists and other theists deleting what they don’t like.
