Thomas M. Lehman, of Texas Tech University, has carried out the most extensive revision of ceratopsid taxonomy since the early 20th Century, demonstrating, for example, that Triceratops, is in fact a monospecific genus and the plethora of taxa attributed to that genus by Marsh, are reflective of sexual dimorphism amongst Ceratopsia.
