  1. The world "prehistoric" means "before history." It means something like a period of time that once occured long before man began to write and record history. In fact here is a link to the full definition of what "prehistoric" really is [1].
  2. Blurting out this statement is a deliberate act of Wilful Ignorance, Abusive Ad Hominem, and a gross denial of huge mounds of physical, fossil and molecular evidence that clearly states that there is such a time that occured before historical accounts have been made, such as the time of the dinosaurs for instance.
  3. "Brainwashing" is a propaganda word and should be avoided. In this context, it is probably taken to mean "flooding with disinformation".
  4. If this were a reasonable argument, it would also be applicable in the other direction: "creationists are brainwashing people".
  5. Although referring to 2nd millennium BC Iberia as "prehistoric Spain" is something of an anachronism, the word "prehistoric" itself refers to an actual milestone. Namely, the advent of history, generally attributed to Herodotus and Thucydides, circa 450-400 BC. This is obviously not when time began, but it is when began the first major effort in the western world to keep a written, consistent chronicle of world events.
  6. Even if the earth was only about 6000 years old, prehistory still happened. For example, the prehistory only ended in 1900Ce in most of New Guinea [2] and even so many parts of today’s world can still be considered prehistoric because there are still tribes in the Amazon rainforest and Papua New Guinea that still have not been recorded in written history so indeed even in a 6000 year old world there undoubtedly was and is such a thing as prehistory.
