The Meister Print

The "Meister Print" is supposedly a human sandal track crushing two trilobites, on display at the Creation Evidence Museum. Creationists interpret it as evidence that humans and trilobites lived contemporaneously - i.e. that the conventional geologic timeline is incorrect.

Response:

Geologists recognize the "track" as a natural formation. There are similar examples in the area and they do not form a stride pattern. The line that supposedly demarks the "heel" is a crack running across the entire slab, beyond the edge of the "sandal".
