The Deception of Creationism

Creationists, who advocate a young earth, claim they are Christians. They also claim to be of Christian authority and leadership, They make their speech and their talk so biblically, doctrinal, sounded, and appearance of Christ-like to the point of being so attractive; sounding highly convincing and somewhat truthful when they give out lectures to their audience in their seminars. However, their talk and teachings is in reality that of the Pharisees in Jesus' day. They regard Genesis 1-11 of the King James Holy Bible as the "Letter of the Law" (Apparently, YECs are all KJV Only believers who would rather rely on the King James Bible, only for reading scripture, teaching, communicating, interpreting, and worship more than anything else.). Misleading the people into embracing blind faith in a world and time that never was; willing to do whatever it takes to enforce their teachings down the throats of people everywhere.

Boldly, they declare their beliefs to be the one and only thing that is right, Biblically sound, correct, and accurate. Everything else, especially evolution is that of the Devil. This is a form of Sola Scriptura. Sola Scriptura is an invention of Martin Luther (no, not Martin Luther King JR.) which says, everything must comply with scripture. If not, then it is of the Devil and must be rejected and thrown out. This, is not of scripture. Neither is the Edenic Cult (young earthism). Yet, Sola Scriptura is what is being demonstrated on page 12-13 of Ham's idiot book.

Circular Reasoning

Circular reasoning is the next bolus of nonsense Ham disgorges on pages 12-13 and stated that science cannot ultimately answer questions about the unobservable and unreported past. A blatant lie. The only science that cannot really ultimately answer questions about some unobservable and unreported past is YEC “science.” Instead they make up lies and plant false evidence and faulty bible interpretations and call it truth. Ham then shines his ignorance and declares that evolution is not science. “Neither is Creation,” Ham says “it's a belief about the past that's non-existent yet it is based on our distorted record we made up through interpreting the bible our own way.” (My emphases.) Ham boasts about the paper idol and claims that God who never tells a lie (Yet, he is made a liar out of by those like Ham who uses Him as a pawn to create, in my opinion, one of the greatest of all blasphemies ever made against the Lord.) has put all of the past into His Holy Word, while He didn't. He never bothered to put into the Bible everything Ham claims he puts in. Instead He made the book to tell the people how to get to Heaven, how to live righteous holy life, shows examples of those who were of great faith who did much to please God despite the screw-ups they made in their lives and letting the people know that God is out maker and in control.

Ham, The Bigot

The next paragraph shows bigoted Ham boasting about the by referring it as “the history book of the universe” in bold capitol letters. Heck! Any Muslim would say the same thing for the Qur'an as well. But Ham doesn't give a dang about it. It is like saying, “The Bible is God!” A remark of bibliolatry in the third degree. Ham has no regard to even what God has to say about it. Instead he just put him in a box and make Him comply to his ways of thinking.

The Ways of Pinky And The Brain

Ham on page 13 claims that there are two ways of thinking. He's right. There are. And those 2 ways are the Pinky way and the Brain way. The Pinky way is the stupid, insane, ignorant way, which YECism is a part of after Pinky, the lab rat of Animaniacs fame and the Brain way is the smart way, which science, reason, reality, and evolution is a part of after the Brain, Pinky's pal also from the Animaniacs fame. Unfortunately, this is not what Ham is talking about. He's talking about his view of thinking, The Christian worldview in large capitol letters and the secular thinking also in large capitol letters. He thinks evolution is of the secular worldview and YEcreation is the Christian worldview. It's actually the other way around! Then, Ham claims that most Christians have been “indoctrinated” through the media and the education to think in a “secular way” which they don't. What the media is doing is EDUCATING them on evolution and how it works, not indoctrinating them into secularism. YECism is the one that does all of the indoctrinating through the very same media science is using to educate the people. Pure hypocrisy. Creationists like Ham actually wants to build the Christians into no thinking at all. They want to build them into pure ignorance; misleading them into believing that if you accept evolution, then you have accepted yourself into a way of thinking based on a view that has no eyewitnesses and no written record, which is all a blatant lie. Evolution is all about “evidence.” Pure, undeniable, observable evidence shown here YECs like Ham deliberately chose to deny. Evolution has been observed, tested, falsified, and recorded in action by many scientists over the years and keeps an archive of countless records of evolution in action on a day to day bases. Many examples of this are shown here.

A Different Way of "Thinking"

Ham then stated that when one accepts the biblical view of history, then a totally different view of thinking (ignorance) will be used to explain the same evidence for a worldview. What evidence? There is none. No evidence in YECism other than what the YECs themselves have made up from their heads while concealing the real evidence against their young earth views.

Knowledge VS Ignorance

Page 14 shows two Bible verses that says that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of Wisdom and Knowledge. If so, then why is Ham and other YECs not fearing the Lord whose wrath is against them for lying in His name (Job 13:7-11)? Their teaching are not of wisdom and knowledge, but ignorance and stupidity that's coming from their own arrogant pride. The next question above the verses is, “Which view is right?” The one that teaches truthfully that the earth is billions of years old, dinosaurs lived and died before man, dating methods can to be trusted, and others. That's which. Ham, on the other hand, claimed that many Christians do not know how to deal with dinosaurs, while in fact they do. Many Christians do not see any problems with dinosaurs. The only one that do see problems with dinosaurs are the YECs themselves. So they resort lies, false opinions, falsehoods, science fiction, myth, and folklore.

Death Fallacy

One of the falsehoods YECs blare out is the falsehood of death. Death is a necessary part of life, past and present. But YECs sees it as an evil thing. YECs are ignorant of the fact that what some verses they think implies to physical death, actually implies to spiritual death. But YECs don't give a dang about it. They cling to this security blanket and make emotional pleas to their followers to reject the evolution strawman about death and follow their teachings. Something that's referred to as “Death Tautology.” An act of rousing the people's emotions concerning about death. YECs are experts in using this tactic to sway the gullible into their web of lies. Ham claim that if the Bible teaches that there was no death of animals and people before the fall, which is refuted here, then this will effect the way they would interpret fossils. Problem is, that would bring a Christian into a state of madness and denial of sheer reality and in many cases finally plunges into atheism once he learns that he's been lied to. This book actually does is bring the reader into a state of sheer ignorance, stupidity, and a vegetative state mental wise, not build a framework of thinking. There is nothing to think about, nothing to defend, and nothing to teach in YECism. Nothing. The Biblical history will never make sense of the evidence despite what Ham says because there is none. No evidence for YECism, no dinosaurs living with man, no evidence for everything YEC claims to have known. Period. But that doesn't stop them from uttering one stupid lie after another such as the lie about “evolutionist” view of history not being able to explain the evidence or be logically defended, while the truth is the other way around.

Existence of Dinosaurs

Page 15 shows another question. “How do we know dinosaurs ever existed?” Because scientists have found their bones, eggs, footprints, and other fossils that clearly confirms their existence. Ham, the liar stated that even though scientists can describe many different types of dinosaurs inside and out, there doesn't appear to be any consistent definition as to what it is and what is not a dinosaur. Greatest lie in a third degree. Scientists are able to tell which is a dinosaur and which is not a dinosaur consistently without a problem. The identification of Dinosaurs based on the following:

Characteristics of Dinosaurs

They belong to a large group of reptiles called Archosaurs.
They developed from Archosaurian ancestors such as Euparkeria and Ornithosuchus.
Except birds, all dinosaurs have died out 65 million years ago after reigning on earth for over 150 million years in a time period known as the Mesozoic Era. Birds are the only group of dinosaurs to have ever lived with man.
They have a fully erect posture.
They are Diapsids, reptiles with a pair of holes on each side of the skull near the back.

Dating Denial

Anything to steal the spotlight away from the scientists, YECs would pose themselves as experts knowing deep down inside, they know nothing about what they teach. They have no experience and no expertise. How can they say they are an expert in even dinosaurs while they are not? It really boggles the mind doesn't it? More lies came out of the mouth of Ham including the denial of radioisotopes in some fossils which helps scientists to date fossils. He claims scientists have never found any labels on the bones they dug up telling them how old the fossils are while ignorant of the fossils having in some cases radioisotopes found on them. He probably thought of grocery store tags or soup can labels in that matter. Radioisotopes, however, is not that kind of a label. He also claims scientists used “indirect” in large capitol words again dating methods that cannot be trusted. What makes him think that all this is indirect, while if fact that over the years they have been modified and improved over the years to give the scientists the most accurate dating of fossils? Soft Fossil fallacy

Now we get to the falsehood about Mary Schweitzer, a paleontologist who discovers a T.rex fossil with red blood cells inside of the bones, leading the YECs to think that the bones of the T.rex is “fresh” while in fact they are not. On page 16, using quote mining from a now defunct magazine called Earth, Ham misleads the reader into thinking that they have discover red blood cells in the T.rex fossil, while in fact they did not.

Believe it or not, the YEC's own claims about the fossil actually predates the March, 2005 discovery of soft tissues found inside of a thigh bone of a T.rex. YECs began to rave over the latest find made by Mary when they first learned about it. To them, it confirms the notion that dinosaurs, other than birds, lived recently and the earth is young. However like Greg Nayman, an old earth progressive creationist has said, “They are really grasping at the straws while ignoring the haystack.” Lately, Mary learns that the soft tissue inside the fossil is really a medullery bone, a part of a bone found in large ground dwelling birds like ostriches and emus that is part of the female reproductive system. With this awesome find scientists are able to solve the mystery of the sex in the Rex. Tyrannosaurus Rex that is.

Fresh Fossil Spoilage

Next came the claim about a so-called creation “scientist” who allegedly found “fresh” dinosaur bones in Alaska. Possibly from the Liscomb Formation where lots of fossils of Hadrosaurs and Ceratopsians are found. Most likely, the YEC have misidentified ice age remains of woolly mammoths and mastodons instead of dinosaurs. They are found buried in permafrost, mud, coal, and shale at the very top layers of the rock formation instead of the Mesozoic layer. This book was made up long before Buddy Davis fakes an expedition to Alaska to find alleged unfossilized dinosaur bones he himself must have made in his studio back home, dragged them to a certain location, wait a few months or a year, and then came back and “discovers” them. That's what I think happened. All he had ever found in Alaska during that alleged expedition is some ice age mammals and a piece of driftwood he misidentifies as a Hadrosaur jaw.
