Texans for Better Science Education
From EvoWiki
Texans for Better Science Education (TBSE) are an American creationist organisation lead by Mark Ramsey (also of the YEC Greater Houston Creation Organisation), which was set up to pressure the Texas Education Agency and State Board of Education into allowing Intelligent Design into school books in the "Texas textbooks" affair. The group was supported by the Discovery Institute.
Although TBSE presents themselves as promoting the teaching of both strengths and weaknesses of the theory of evolution, somehow they never quite manage to get around to the "strengths" part; their website [1] has only old anti-evolution claims, such as peppered moth and Haeckel's embryos claims.
