List of Specific Examples

Anyone like the idea of having a list of specific observed speciation events? I could look up the specifics of the diatom example I put in and I'm sure there's lots more info to be had. Abyssal leviathin 13:55, 21 December 2006 (UTC)

Off the top of my head, there are the post-Mesozoic foraminerifa, and the trilobites... But I'd need to go check which specific examples.--Mr A. 15:18, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
But still, a list sounds like a good idea for the article? Abyssal leviathin 06:08, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
Oh, definently. We could even have a separate article of observed speciation events in the fossil record.--Mr A. 06:16, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
I think there is a separate article. I found something like it via the random page link. http://wiki.cotch.net/index.php/Observed_speciation here it is. There's also a very similar creationist claim response page detailing modern speciation here --> http://wiki.cotch.net/index.php/No_new_species_have_been_observed

Oh yeah, those deal with living examples of speciation. Good times.--Mr A. 07:14, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
