Talk:Since many details of evolution are questioned by evolutionists, one should question the whole theory
From EvoWiki
Perhaps a list of these kinds of examples would be useful, but then some way of dealing with changes in ideas that did undermine previous theory should be appropriately discussed, for example (as best I know) discarding the ether theory in early 20th century, quantum mechanics, plate tectonics. These "revolutioary" ideas show it isn't necessary to redefine science in order to handle very different ideas, but improperly described creationist could leap on these "big" changes as suggested the same thing could happen to evolution.
- Well, they could! But "If we evolved from apes, why are there still apes?" ain't gonna make it happen. --Suttkus 23:15, 24 March 2006 (GMT)
