I removed this, because I found it more interesting than the usual nonsense:

I added to the responses and rephrased them to more accurately reflect the situation (evidence vs. ignorance). Hopefully someone can clean up the response involving the Edicaran period, since it doesn't read too smoothly (sorry!). Shirakawasuna 03:26, 13 May 2008 (BST)
