Shouldn't this page start with a discussion of the various dates that various YECs have assigned the Flood to? It doesn't make sense to cite the events of year X if no YEC thinks the Flood happened during year X...

I agree, but then I noted the list of dates did include the year that Ussher had calculated, so perhaps this should be emphasized and also correlated (for consistency, hesitate to call it 'accuracy') with YEC sites. BUT, then, as I understand it, after the flood it would have taken some time for Noah's descendants to repopulate the earth and thus major events requiring large numbers of people (as some of these dates imply) would seem improbable. --Dmill96 23:33, 10 March 2006 (GMT)

In that case, perhaps it should be renamed Events That Took Place During and Shortly After the Alleged Worldwide Flood or perhaps "...Noah's Flood" to shorten the title a bit. Nik 16:53, 11 June 2008 (BST)
