The pre-Flood climate was uniform, allowing all animals to live not too far from Noah. There was no need for them to migrate across entire continents.

Responses
- This is impossible. King and emperor penguins, for example, cannot live for long at more more than 5 degrees Celsius, yet most other animals would freeze to death almost immediately at such a temperature. Therefore, all animals cannot possibly have lived in a uniform climate.
- It is impossible on a spherical world for the climate to be truly, or even largely, uniform on a global scale. Now, if the earth were flat...
- Even if it were true, after the flood the animals would still be faced with migrating to appropriate climates, a process that would have killed the vast majority (especially those that would have to swim to their current residences, as well as those unsuited to the climates between Ararat and their own ranges).
- And what about some kinds of fish and other peculiar aquatic organisms that are only found in one specific body of water in all the world, such as the Lake Titicaca frog of Lake Titicaca, or the Satan's blind cave catfish of Texas?
