Phillip E. Johnson

Phillip Johnson is a professor of Law, and prominent creationist. Johnson is author of several antievolution books, including Darwin on Trial. Johnson's conversion to creationism/intelligent design came, allegedly, from his time in London, picking up a copy of Michael Denton's Evolution: A Theory In Crisis and Richard Dawkins' The Blind Watchmaker, reading both and seeing the light.

He has been involved in the "Wedge strategy" which culminated in the leaked Wedge document. He has had a prominent voice in the media supporting Intelligent Design.
