Paraves, all maniraptorans closer to Neornithes than Oviraptor. Note that Sereno's excluding oviraptorosaurs from the paravian lineage is of questionable validity, as some of the most avian of all theropods, are oviraptorosaurs. Indeed, the clade may represent neoflightless post-urvogels.
