Responses
- Where is the proof of this discovery?
- There is a strong analogy with some other varieties of pseudoscience, which, despite lengthy searches, fail to produce substantial results. Cryptozoological searches have failed to capture or otherwise provide strong evidence for the Loch Ness Monster, Bigfoot, etc. Psi research always finds only borderline evidence for ESP and PK; such effects do not become easier and easier to measure. Compare the case of the canals of Mars, which were a borderline perception -- at best. By the mid twentieth century, they were widely regarded by astronomers as false perceptions -- a conclusion supported by their complete absence from pictures returned from Mars-visiting spacecraft a few decades later.
