No new fossils are being formed. Fossils must have been produced by radically different conditions (a global flood) in the past.

1. Birds and other small animals are rescued from the La Brea Tarpits, in Los Angeles, on a daily basis. Many of these entrapped animals are rescued, many more, sadly, are overlooked and sink into the tar.
