Michael Majerus

Michael Majerus is a population geneticist who has researched peppered moths and has more recently worked on mammalian coat colour genetics (Majerus, M. J. & N. I. Mundy (2003) Mammalian melanism: natural selection in black and white. Trends in Genetics 19: 585 – 588.)
In the 1980s Majerus coordinated a children's survey of British ladybirds through Watch, the junior branch of the Wildlife Trusts.
