M. latissimus dorsi cranialis

The M. latissimus dorsi cranialis is a humeral flexor and adductor muscle. It originates on the supraspinuous ligament of the thoracic spine (dorsal series), and inserts on the proximal humerus. Assists in flexion of the wing.
