- Uncharacteristic Sample - drawing a conclusion based on a sample that is not representative for the whole
- Uncontrolled Factors - concluding that A caused B when in fact both are the effect of C
- Under-reporting the Facts - picking and choosing the evidence for one's case, neglecting the evidence against it
