- No True Scotsman - reassessing a situation ad hoc, so that a controversial position is made easier to defend
- Non causa pro causa fallacy - asserting something is the cause of an effect when there is no evidence it is the cause
- Non Sequitur - an argument in which the conclusion has no apparent connection to the premises
- Nothing But Objections - continually objecting to any plan proposed to assure that nothing is done
