Eugenie Scott

Dr. Eugenie C. Scott (Ph.D. Physical Anthropology, University of Missouri) is the Executive Director of the National Center for Science Education (NCSE) [1].
The motto of the NCSE is "Defending the Teaching of Evolution in the Public Schools."
Dr. Scott has a twenty-year history as a researcher and advocate for evolutionary science. She commonly appears in media and public fora on creation/evolution issues.
