Digitigrade
From EvoWiki
A digitigrade animal is one that walks on its toes. Specifically, they walk on their distal and intermediate phalanges. Dogs and cats are both digitigrade animals.
Primates (with respect to their feet), in comparison, are plantigrade (walk on the sole of the foot, including all phalanges and tarsi), while horses are unguligrade (walk only on their distal phalanges)
